• Every new puppy owner leaves with a comprehensive puppy kit.
• This includes a spacious Paradise Kennel bag containing a customized puppy book for each individual puppy. The book details their unique journey with us over the eight weeks, complete with adorable puppy pictures, updates, and photos of their parents.
• Additionally, the kit includes all the essential information about our guarantee, lifetime support, companion insurance, microchip, and receipt. We also provide training tips and much more to help you and your new puppy start off on the right paw. Included in the kit is a food sample of our Inuksuk dog food, with the option to purchase a larger bag if desired.
• We also provide all the vet certification and information certificates, including the next dates for vaccination and deworming. Our commitment is to ensure you have everything you need to welcome your new family member with confidence and care.

• Your puppy is guaranteed for 5 years from delivery date against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal.  This includes severe hip dysphasia, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver. If puppy/dog dies within these 5 years, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason.
• Paradise Kennel will provide a replacement of equivalent value. We will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.  Buyer is aware that owning a puppy/dog means trips to veterinarian & understands that he/she is responsible for all payments. This guarantee does not cover what, in the breed, is considered normal or environmental factors.
• Paradise Kennel must be notified of the problem within 5 business days of the licensed vet’s determination and have a report from vet stating the problem. After being provided with this information. No replacement puppy/dog will be given if the puppy has been euthanized without Paradise Kennel permission.​​
• This contract is null and void, if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
• Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully.
