At Paradise Kennel, we provide shipping services for your new furry family member. Our team ensures that your pet is delivered safely and on time, with a focus on comfort and care during the journey. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location, but we strive to keep our prices affordable for all of our customers. We also offer the option for you to pick up your pet in person at our kennel. This allows you to meet your new pet in a comfortable, familiar environment and ask any questions you may have before taking them home. At Paradise Kennel, we take great care in packaging your pet for their journey. We use sturdy and secure crates to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the transportation process. If you have any special requests or concerns regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in the quality of our pets and their care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your new family member. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your pet within the first 7 days of ownership, you may return them for a full refund or exchange them for another pet of equal value. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges after the first 7 days of ownership. If you have any concerns or questions about your pet's health or behavior, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in addressing any issues.
