Our Adoption Guide
Step 2
Fill Out the Match Specialist Form
This is your first connection with Ashley, our Match Specialist. She’ll learn about your lifestyle and may schedule a video call so you can meet a puppy, hear about our breeding ethics, and ask questions about our 5-year health guarantee or training support — with no obligation.

Step 3
Connect With Us (and Stay Safe)
We’ll be in touch! We may be busy caring for the puppies, but we promise to reach out as soon as possible. (usually within office hours). You’ll hear from us by text and email. 👉 If it’s been more than 48 hours, please reach out.

We’re open, easygoing, and committed to building trust.
Step 4
Official Adoption Application

Step 9
Meet Your Fur Baby!
Pick up your puppy from our kennel for that unforgettable first cuddle and photo. If using delivery, rest assured your puppy will arrive safe, healthy, and ready for their new adventure.
Our relationship with you doesn’t end at adoption—we’ll be here with guidance, training tips, and support as your puppy grows. In these first days, focus on helping your puppy adjust: make sure they are eating every day, getting plenty of rest, and not overdoing it with long play sessions or busy gatherings. Puppies need time for their little bodies to regulate in their new environment—lots of sleep, regular meals, and bathroom breaks are key.
We also ask that you activate your Trupanion pet insurance within the first 24 hours of bringing your puppy home. This gives you 30 days of free coverage and peace of mind during this sensitive transition period. We strongly recommend keeping the insurance for at least the first one to two years, since puppies—no matter the breed—can have accidents, sugar crashes, or health issues if they don’t eat or rest enough. Veterinary bills can quickly add up, and while Paradise Kennel cannot cover vet costs, Trupanion helps protect your family and your new puppy.
